Tomato Onion Koshimbir is my favorite among all as it can be eaten as an accompaniment with anything. This dish is easy to prepare and involves simply cutting the vegetables and mixing them with the remaining ingredients.
Tomato Onion Koshimbir
A raw and juicy accompaniment to your regular meals.
Servings 2 people
- 2 Medium sized Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Medium sized Onion chopped
- 1 Chopped green chilly
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp Fresh Curd
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve Chilled.
