Ingredients

  • 2 Medium sized Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Groundnut powder
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Chopped green chilly
  • Chopped Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tsp Jeera/Cumin
  • Juice of Half lemon
  • 4-5 Curry Leaves (Kadipatta)

Instructions

  • Take chopped tomatoes in a bowl and add groundnut powder, sugar and salt. Mix well.

  • Heat the ghee in a Tadka pan and add hing and jeera. When the jeera crackles, add green chilli and curry leaves. Pour this tadka over the Koshimbir mixture and mix well. Add coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
