Fruit Koshimbir is one of my favorite recipes as it has lots of fruits. This can be eaten as a accompaniment with other fasting items or just like that.
A healthy combination of fruits and curd.
Servings 2 people
- 1 Apple Finely chopped.
- 1 Banana Finely chopped.
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- Add all the chopped fruits and sugar to the curd and mix well. Serve chilled.
You can add any of your favorite fruits that suit your taste.
