Fruit Koshimbir

Fruit Koshimbir is one of my favorite recipes as it has lots of fruits. This can be eaten as a accompaniment with other fasting items or just like that.

Fruit Koshimbir

A healthy combination of fruits and curd.

  • 1 Apple (Finely chopped.)
  • 1 Banana (Finely chopped.)
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  1. Add all the chopped fruits and sugar to the curd and mix well. Serve chilled.

You can add any of your favorite fruits that suit your taste.
