Cabbage Koshimbir/Salad is a mix of Cabbage, Onion and Tomatoes and is my favorite when I don’t feel like eating much. The crunch that comes from the grated cabbage and onion gives this salad a wonderful feel.
A tangy and crunchy salad.
- 1/2 Cabbage (Grated or finely chopped)
- 1 Medium sized Onion chopped
- 1 Medium sized Tomato chopped
- 1 Chopped green chilli
- Chopped Coriander
- Juice of Half lemon
- Salt to taste
- Take all ingredients together n a bowl and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
